Telesales Executive Opportunity starting November 30th for 4/5days

Job Role:

To meet and exceed telesales appointment making targets, while offering the highest level of customer service.

What we are looking for:

  • A successful, proven track record within telesales/telemarketing/appointment making.

  • Reliable, committed, self-motivated people.

  • Experience in a target driven environment.

  • Good computer skills

  • Prior experience in the automotive industry is preferable but not essential.

Your Job Responsibilities:

  • To convert telephone and Internet enquiries in to appointments for the Car Sales Team.

  • Inbound and outbound calls with new and existing customers regarding our current stock, their part-exchange, finance and other general enquiries.

  • Prospect enquiries via telephone, email, SMS and Live Chat.

  • Updating enquiry and appointment details accurately and timely in CRM system.

  • Deal with customer enquiries in a professional and effective manner.
