Telesales Executive Opportunity starting November 30th for 4/5days
Job Role:
To meet and exceed telesales appointment making targets, while offering the highest level of customer service.
What we are looking for:
A successful, proven track record within telesales/telemarketing/appointment making.
Reliable, committed, self-motivated people.
Experience in a target driven environment.
Good computer skills
Prior experience in the automotive industry is preferable but not essential.
Your Job Responsibilities:
To convert telephone and Internet enquiries in to appointments for the Car Sales Team.
Inbound and outbound calls with new and existing customers regarding our current stock, their part-exchange, finance and other general enquiries.
Prospect enquiries via telephone, email, SMS and Live Chat.
Updating enquiry and appointment details accurately and timely in CRM system.
Deal with customer enquiries in a professional and effective manner.
