Dennehy Motor Group are now looking for a highly motivated person to join its team in Limerick. We are currently seeking to recruit a Service Advisor. Full training will be provided for the right individual to cover all areas of our Service Department.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to clients in the automotive industry
Schedule service appointments and communicate with customers regarding their vehicle maintenance needs
Advise customers on recommended services and repairs based on manufacturer guidelines
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of service orders
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide informed recommendations
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
