Job Description: Aftersales Advisor/Receptionist at Dennehy Pro Plus


Dennehy Pro Plus, a standalone Renault & MAN LCV Dealership in Ballycoolen. Dublin 15, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Receptionist. The Receptionist will be responsible for front of house, assisting customers with service and repair needs, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional service to our clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner

  • Schedule appointments and maintain the service schedule for technicians

  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries

  • Follow up with customers after service appointments to ensure satisfaction

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs

  • Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance is a plus but not essential

  • Full training will be provided for the right candidate
