Dennehy Commercials are looking for an energetic Aftersales Administrator to join our team.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations between our Parts and Service Department Teams. Full training will be provided for the right individual to cover all areas of our Aftersales Departments.
Responsibilities:
Answering customer enquiries and scheduling service appointments.
Providing support to the service teams as needed.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and service history.
Communicating with customers about service updates and completion times.
Assisting with the management of inventory and parts ordering.
Performing other administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
Self – motivation.

Strong customer service skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong organisational skills.
Ability to multitask and priorities effectively.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
