Dennehy Commercials are looking for an energetic Aftersales Administrator to join our team.


Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations between our Parts and Service Department Teams. Full training will be provided for the right individual to cover all areas of our Aftersales Departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering customer enquiries and scheduling service appointments.

  • Providing support to the service teams as needed.

  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and service history.

  • Communicating with customers about service updates and completion times.

  • Assisting with the management of inventory and parts ordering.

  • Performing other administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Self – motivation.

  • A very positive attitude.

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Strong organisational skills.

  • Ability to multitask and priorities effectively.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
